Damaged Product Policy
If a product arrives damaged, customers must report the issue as follows:

Damages must be reported within 10 days of receiving the product. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Claim Submission:
Email info@qual-chem.com with your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the damage.
Required Documentation:
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Photos should show the extent of the damage and, if possible, the condition of the packaging. Additional information may be requested to assist with processing the claim.
