Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of in-stock items. And it could take longer processing times if your order includes high-demand products. Our internal objective is to process orders on the next business day.

Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, except for the following holidays - New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day (collectively, “Qual-Chem Holidays”). Orders placed on weekends or Qual-ChemHolidays will be processed the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders require 1 to 3 Business Days for processing before being available for shipping. Processing times will be longer during sale events, product launches, and high-volume times. Please understand and keep this in mind.

Qual-Chem ships most orders UPS Ground or USPS.

We send a tracking number to you via email once the item has shipped from our warehouse.

Most Quick Ship orders are processed and shipped within 24 hour Monday - Thursday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday excluding holidays.

We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Free shipping is offered on all items purchased through our online store.

Your order will be sent via USPS or UPS Ground. Delivery time is based on your ship-to location from Indianapolis, IN.

Bulk orders require us to calculate a freight quote based on the order. You will be invoiced separately for freight.

Qual-Chem requires payment for the purchase price at the time of order placement for all online purchases made through our eCommerce store.

Yes, Qual-Chem collects sales tax.

Online Sales Tax is calculated during checkout for online Quick Ship orders. The tax calculation is based on the tax rates of your ship-to location.

The total amount you will be charged includes the product price plus the Sales Tax.

International customers are responsible for knowing their country's regulations on the importation of products.

We are NOT responsible for seized shipments by customs and will not refund you if items are seized.
