Damaged Product Policy for Qual-Chem

At Qual-Chem, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive products of the highest quality and in the best condition. However, we understand that damages may occur during shipping despite our best efforts. We have established the following Damaged Product Policy to address any concerns swiftly and effectively.

Reporting Damaged Products

  1. Notification: Customers must report product damages within 10 days of receipt. Claims after this may not qualify for replacement or refund.

  2. Claim Submission: Customers should email our customer service team at info@qual-chem.com to submit a claim for a damaged product. Please include your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the damage.

  3. Required Documentation: All claims must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damaged product. Photos should clearly show the extent of the damage so that the claim can be assessed accurately. Additional information, such as the condition of the packaging, may also be requested to help us understand the nature of the damage.

Claim Review Process

Upon receiving a claim for a damaged product, our customer service team will:

  1. Evaluate Claim: Our team will review the provided documentation and may contact you for further information. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

  2. Resolution: Once the claim is validated, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacing the damaged item at no additional cost or, at our discretion, credit issued upon receipt of returned goods.   The chosen resolution will be communicated to you, along with instructions on proceeding.

Additional Information

  • Limitation of Liability: Qual-Chem's liability for damaged products is limited to replacing or refunding the affected products. Claims for consequential damages or losses are not covered under this policy.

    Quality Chemical Supply shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to manufacture, deliver, or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, unsuccessful reactions, act by you, embargo or other governmental act regulation or request affecting the conduct of our business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, war, strikes or other labor difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm, delay in transportation, or inability to obtain necessary labor, fuel, materials, supplies or power.

  • Shipping Costs: If a return or replacement is authorized, Qual-Chem will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged product and delivering the replacement.

  • Policy Amendments: Qual-Chem reserves the right to amend this Damaged Product Policy at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically for any changes.
