Shipping & Processing
Shipping: Available only to U.S. addresses. No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
Method: Free UPS Ground shipping on all Quick Ship orders.
Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing (longer during high-volume events).
Tracking: UPS tracking will be sent after UPS scans your package, typically between 8–9 PM ET.
Bulk Orders: Freight is quoted and invoiced separately and not part of Quick Ship.

Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Products

Report within 10 days of delivery.

Address Changes, Missing, or Misdelivered Packages

Missing Packages:
Check around your property and with neighbors.
Contact UPS for GPS delivery confirmation.
If misdelivered, request UPS retrieval.
If theft is suspected, consider filing a police report.
Once UPS marks an order “Delivered,” Qual-Chem’s service obligation is fulfilled. Claims must be filed with UPS.
